The Sun Stone, often called the Aztec Calendar Stone, is shown in its current state at Mexico's National Museum of Anthropology. The circular basalt monolith is 3.6 m in diameter, about 0.98 m thick and weighs 24.5 tonnes. Its museum wall and support are excluded.
